Is it possible to change my appointment?

Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 3 hour notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges. It’s crucial for both of us to be in time so we can help you as fast as possible and for the team to not waste their time driving to you and you are not there.

Tell me more about your cancellation policy.

We know that you can find someone else before we get to the schedule appointment. No hard feelings. Just let us know 3 hours in advance so we can open up that slot to another family that might need our assistance.

How does the billing process work?

To secure your booking, we request a $59 dollar appointment fee to be paid 24 hours prior to your event. If you decide to go with our team then the $59 dollar appointment- fee will apply to your full plumbing service bill.

What is the process for managing the plumbing service?

After we get in contact with you and you pay the $59 dollar appointment fee then one of our licensed pros will be going to your property in the time allowed. He/She will talk about problems, solution, payment, choices, time table, and speed of service with you. If you choose to go with us, then we will be sending you invoice and looking to receive payment before we get started. Receipt will be given and then after the job is done, warranty information, and any other questions will be answered as well. We will take care of it for you. Thank you.

Can I receive a receipt for my order?

Absolutely! Feel free to reach out to our dedicated customer service team with your order number. Also, before we start working we will negotiate on pricing and during that time we will also give you an invoice and then a receipt. That way we are on the same page on full service cost and payments as well.
